Our mission is to democratize machine learning. This expansion of AI accessibility is propelled by the breakthrough of large foundation models built on natural language. Traditionally, powerful probabilistic prediction was confined to experts familiar with specialized tools. We develop sophisticated numerical and probabilistic modeling tools that empower users to communicate naturally by offering hints and guidance to the model through natural language. Using plain language to bridge the gap between complex data and everyday users we can tap into the vast reservoir of knowledge embedded in foundation models. Our goal is to enable individuals to harness this deep, real-world understanding for innovative prediction and numerical problem-solving. With Qualitative Intelligence, advanced analytics is not only accessible—it’s intuitive, exciting, and ready to revolutionize how we think about data.

How it works

We condition numerical predictive distributions on natural language instructions.

Our technology combines plain-language hints and instructions with numerical observations to produce calibrated probabilistic predictive distributions over user-specified targets. We provide a natural language interface to smoothly integrate user knowledge with messy, incomplete, and noisy data, giving quantitative structure to qualitative descriptions. Multidimensional, categorical, and multimodal data is supported. Our model is able to learn from instructions and examples and make predictions out-of-the-box without any additional training or fine-tuning. Simply provide data and talk to the model!
